Located in the western part of Amsterdam, you'll come across Coffeeshop De Prijs, aptly named for its focus on local prices. As is common in the Netherlands, prices here are notably higher than in other regions, with Amsterdam typically being about 1/3 more expensive than elsewhere in the country.
It's worth noting that the name "De Prijs" might seem more fitting for a coffeeshop in cities like The Hague or Rotterdam, where cannabis prices tend to be lower. However, despite the higher costs, De Prijs remains a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, offering a diverse selection of cannabis products in a welcoming atmosphere.
While the name may raise some eyebrows, Coffeeshop De Prijs continues to attract customers seeking quality cannabis despite the premium prices associated with Amsterdam's market.

Hey there! If you're planning a trip to Amsterdam and looking to enjoy some quality cannabis, make sure to bring along some extra cash. Amsterdam is renowned for its vibrant coffeeshop culture and top-notch weed, but it's also known for its higher prices compared to other cities like The Hague or Rotterdam.
While Amsterdam may not offer the best value for money when it comes to cannabis, it more than makes up for it with its unique atmosphere, diverse strains, and iconic coffeeshop experiences. So, if you're prepared to spend a little extra for a memorable cannabis adventure in the heart of Amsterdam, you won't be disappointed!
However, if you're on a tight budget and seeking better deals, you might want to consider exploring coffeeshops in cities like The Hague or Rotterdam, where you're more likely to find value for your money.
Regardless of where you choose to indulge, remember to consume responsibly and enjoy your cannabis experience to the fullest!

The bff and I came here by recommendation from locals and we were rewarded with an awesome experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the cannabis is frosty and delightful, the atmosphere stellar - with a huge lounge with comfy seating, big screen tv's playing 3D movies (free 3D glasses to use!). The cocktail waitress beautiful and sweet - yummy beverages. We came from Seattle, WA and had the greatest time here! Excellent bud, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere!!!!!!!
